Trump campaign chief: Donald Trump is playing “a part”

An article on the CBS News website was posted recently about how Donald Trump’s new campaign strategist, Paul Manafort, is now saying that his behavior will be changing for the better in this “new” phase of Trump’s campaign.

That his previous brash, over-the-top comments were just a facade, a role that Donald Trump played to stand out from the crowd of the many Republican Presidential candidates and now that he is in the lead in the delegate count, the public will be seeing new depths to Donald Trump, that we will be seeing the real person.

This is what I commented on that article:

Donald Trump believes in P.T. Barnum’s saying, “There’s a sucker born every minute.” He is a long-time notorious con-man, an immature azzhole who throws temper tantrums, sulks, and makes threats when he does not get his way, a misogynist, a bully, and a daddy’s boy who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth that he frequently exchanges for his foot.

Trump has no intellect, no basic concept of what the Constitution says, and no understanding of his Republican party’s delegate selection rules, as evidence to his recent temper tantrums about Ted Cruz legally, and within their party’s rules process, procuring more delegates than him in several states.

Yet now that his new campaign strategist is trying to hide Donald Trump’s many flaws in shiny new gift-wrap, complete with sparkly red, white and blue ribbons, his followers are still proving P.T. Barnum’s saying is correct.”

Hopefully more and more people will realize that what we have been seeing all along IS the real Donald Trump: a man who has serious emotional, intellectual, and moral issues.

  1. Recently a friend of mine said, “Oh, Donald Trump’s just playing games. Once he gets to be President, he’ll be different altogether, and say, I never promised that…”
I hope American voters don’t think like my friend does.

    1. Trump already has backed off on so many of his already spoken statements, most especially the more stupid ones like he will pay the legal fees of any of his supporters who get arrested beating up Trump protesters, or that women should be persecuted for having an abortion, etc. That man is such a con-artist, and has been since the 1970’s, that I am so surprised and disheartened to see so many people who support that fool!
